effetto on-off

My bike is the original 2017. Accordingly it has cable connection to the throttle body. To combat the abrupt on/off throttle response I removed all slack from the cables. It also helps to put a heavy grease between the twistgrip barrel and the handlebar.

Some of my suggestion may be lost in translation, so please revert with questions if my suggestions are not understood.

Mine is a 2017 too and although I've gotten used to the annoying on/off by now I've noticed that it's gotten substantially worse over time. I drive every day in the very chaotic urban traffic of Genoa (city of 580K citizens and with a density of 25 motorbikes for every 100 inhabitants).
I use the bike in D and at low speed in continuous stop and go. It is terribly annoying to hear the continuous jerks in first and second gear.
The only way to reduce the jerks is to use the rear brake a lot as if it were the clutch, but the thing doesn't improve much...after almost 6 years I'm thinking about changing bikes _hhuumm

Nel Traffico "D" è la peggior soluzione.

Mentre "M" si riduce molto l'ON/OFF
In "S" si riduce progressivamente tra 1, 2 e 3.

Ciao

-------------------------------

In traffic jam "D" mode is worst choice.
While "M" is the best for ON/OFF feeling.
"S" mode pregressively reduce this feeling from level 1 to level 3.

l'on-off .

Perhaps try a DCT reset ?
